OPEN-SOURCE DATA STORYTELLING

QGIS, Maps, Data

DESCRIPTION

This project utilizes QGIS and open-source satellite imagery to map the hydrological evolution of Berlin.

By analyzing public environmental data, I developed a series of visualizations that track the city’s water bodies from their Ice Age origins to the modern-day infrastructure of public drinking stations.

This work serves as a scientific and visual case study in climate change, transforming raw satellite data into a narrative about urban resilience and natural transformation.
